What we build

Four ways we move the work.

Every build is designed around how your business already runs, on the tools your team already uses.

How it works

From one call to a team with its hours back.

01

A 20-minute call

We ask where your team's hours go and what slips when it gets busy. Mostly, we listen.

Week 1 · free
02

A visual proposal

The system drawn out, a clear scope, the price and the payback, so you know exactly what you're getting.

We build it

Signed scope and 50% down to start. We build on your accounts and show it working before it goes live.

04

We run and improve it

A monthly plan covers monitoring, fixes and improvements, and a report on what changed.

The cost of busywork

What is the repetitive work costing you?

Move the sliders to your team. It's a rough estimate, and a good place to start the conversation.

Questions owners ask

Good to know.

Will this replace my staff?

No. It takes the repetitive part of their job, so they spend their time on customers and sales. Every proposal shows exactly where your team's freed hours go.

Is this just ChatGPT in a chat box?

No. AI is the engine, but every reply is built from your own products, prices, policies and tone, and you approve it before it goes live. If it doesn't know something, it hands over to your team.

How much does it cost?

A one-time build fee for a clearly scoped system, then a monthly fee to run and improve it. We quote after the call, because every business is different, and we aim for a build that pays for itself in about three months.

How long until it's live?

Most first systems go live within weeks of signing. Michelle usually takes 3 to 4 weeks from a signed agreement.

Who owns the accounts and the data?

You do. Software and AI subscriptions sit in your name, and your data stays yours.

We're small. Is this for us?

Small teams feel the busywork most. If one system frees the time of five people, or brings in steady revenue, it's worth it. If it won't, we'll say so on the call.

Where are you based?

Cabanatuan City, Philippines. We work with teams in the Philippines and abroad, remotely and on your business hours.
